Privacy & data use

Protect people before processing data.

Effective August 22, 2026. This notice describes MP2's current public website and Evidence Navigator beta.

What the site processes

Ordinary web requests expose technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to the hosting and security provider. Cloudflare may also provide aggregate traffic and security measurement.

MP2 does not currently offer user accounts, file uploads, donations, newsletters, or a public contact form. The site does not write an Evidence Navigator transcript to browser storage or an MP2 application database.

When you submit a question, the question, selected public evidence cards, and ordinary request metadata are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions, Cloudflare Turnstile, and the OpenAI API to generate and protect the response. OpenAI requests set response storage to false. This is not a promise that infrastructure providers keep no security, abuse-prevention, or operational logs.

The published model is OpenAI GPT-5.4 mini, pinned snapshot gpt-5.4-mini-2026-03-17. The assistant is limited to MP2's curated public-source corpus and does not search private records.

What not to submit

Do not enter names, case details, health or clinical information, CUI, operational data, personnel information, allegations, crisis reports, or anything about a specific service member. The Navigator is not appropriate for individual assessment or decision-making.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. OpenAI processes bounded Evidence Navigator requests. Their handling of infrastructure data is governed by their applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Your choices and questions

You can use the static research library without submitting a question to the Navigator. A governed MP2 privacy and contact channel is being established; until then, do not send sensitive material through personal channels.
